IRIS – Virtual Operator

Many of our customers, among them Venice, Padua, Milan, Salzburg and many others, have integrated Iris, the new virtual operator. Up now IRIS reduces till 40% the time in which operators are busy at the telephon.

Thanks to IRIS the waiting time to request a ride is reduced almost to zero. User tells IRIS the pick-up address, IRIS verifies and inserts the order in the system.

Our customers can now rely on a new software that allows users to call a taxi in a fast, efficient way without waiting. We have Integrated in the system the Virtual Operator IRIS, that understands the request pronounced by the user and automatically inserts it in the despatching process. This software has been developed thanks to the latest available technologies and just like every Microtek product it can be completely customised, in order to meet peculiar needs.
